Dining at L’Impasse du Temple – from breakfast to dinner

Breakfast (8.30 – 9.30)
	A continental breakfast is served in the salon. Start your day with a choice of cereals, compotes, yoghurts, fresh fruit, fruit juice, oven warmed pastries, fresh baguettes, jams, cheese spreads, butter, even vegemite! Gluten-free alternatives are available – just let us know in advance.

Dinner

Dinners are served from 8.00pm in the beautiful salon. Warmed by candlelight, this room offers the perfect backdrop for guests to relax and enjoy seasonal and local products cooked with care. Lee-anne is passionate about food and loves to cook. In summer dinners are served in the courtyard, which is the site of the former protestant chapel. Don’t forget to book in advance. Dinners are additional to the room tariff.

Wines
Our carte des vins includes specially sourced wines from local vineyards from the Malepère and Limoux regions and travels further east to encompass the wines from the Minervois, St Chinian and Corbières. Select from reds, whites and rosé wines or try the deliciously sparkling Blanquette de Limoux. Wine is also offered by the ‘pichet’ or house wine.

Picnic Hampers
	Picnic hampers are available – just give us 24 hours notice. The hampers include water, wine, fresh baguette, salads, charcuterie, cheese and fruit. Just find your picnic spot and enjoy a delicious lunch.
Services for Guests Car Hire and Taxi service Most guests find that the best way to explore this area is by car and car rentals are available at airports and major train stations. Car hire and pick-up can also be arranged through the local Hertz agency in Laroque d’Olmes. Occasionally, guests require a taxi service and we are happy to discuss this service with you at the time of booking. We also advise guests to consider hiring a diesel car as a more economical option to petrol. Most hire cars are manual rather than automatic.
Laundry Service We are happy to offer a laundry service to guests where your laundry will be washed and folded and returned the same day. An iron and ironing board are available on demand. This laundry service is 10 Euros per load.
Computer and Internet Access L’Impasse du Temple has access to broadband and we provide a computer for guests use. Wireless access in available throughout the house and rooms for guests travelling with a portable computer. This is a free service although a small charge is levied for printing.
